Charles P. Willis

Charles Perry Willis was born on January 13, 1896 in Homer, Louisiana, to Dr. and Mrs. J.C. Willis. The family moved to Shreveport when Willis was a child. He entered LSU as a freshman on September 25, 1912 and left in 1913. Willis served in the medical corps in the American Expeditionary Forces.
